*Next Working Day only applies to Standard Items to UK Mainland and orders must be placed by 12pm (midday).
Any Next Working Day delivery orders placed after 12pm (midday) on a Friday, will be dispatched Monday with delivery taking place on Tuesday (with the exception of Bank Holidays).
We aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please note, the courier will be selected depending on the size of your parcel/order and location.
Standard Other, Large Item Other, Heavy Item Other Delivery**
‘Other’ refers to delivery to Islands and Scottish postcodes starting with: AB31-38, AB41-56, HS, IV, KA27-30, KW, PA20-80, PH4-50, ZE, IM, TR, PO, GY and JE.
Please note, due to new Brexit rules, we are currently unable to deliver to Europe (including Ireland & Northern Ireland). We are working hard behind the scenes to overcome this problem and hope to be able to offer a solution in the near future.

DHL
Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD).
Once your order is with DHL, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery.
B Star
Our Trusted 2 Man delivery partner B Star VIP www.bstarvip.com will be used for our Large or Heavy items. Delivery of our larger items can take 7 – 10 working days.
Once your order is received by B Star they will contact you via SMS to let you know when they would like to deliver your order. They will provide a date, a 3-hour delivery slot and a Tracking Link. If the proposed delivery slot is suitable please reply YES to the SMS text you received. If the proposed delivery slot is not suitable please reply NO and B Star will add you to the list for the next time they are in your area. You will then receive another SMS with a new delivery window in due course.

Direct Dispatch
All Ruma items are dispatched from our own warehouse in West Yorkshire using one of our partner couriers. Most items will be delivered between 7.30am and 6.00pm (Monday to Friday) although some couriers may be slightly earlier or later. You will be notified via email and/or SMS when your item(s) has left our warehouse so you are able to track your order.
Please note that the above timescales are our best estimate and that we aim to beat them in most cases. However, in busy periods, the above times may be slightly extended.
